Rosa Moreno-Livni - Bio

Rosa E. Moreno-Livni works within investment management, private markets focused on institutional capital formation across defined benefit pools of assets and their corresponding investment consultants. Moreno-Livni earned an MA in international economic development from Johns Hopkins SAIS and an MSc from the London School of Economics. She co-founded the debating society and speaks five languages including French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Moreno-Livni served as managing partner at REM Partners, LLC where she focused on deal origination, diplomacy, deal structuring & execution, as well as oversight of the global consultant team. During that period, she travelled extensively and globally.

Moreno-Livni served as vice president at Progress Investment Management Co. (PIM) In this position, she served as interim head of sales and led the EEC committee while reporting directly to the President. She championed the firm’s continued institutional investor expansion. Her focus was on institutional business development, relationship management and sales strategy. She executed a high touch strategy, deepening relationships with
Trustees, CIOs and investment consultants to support capital formation. She sourced over $500 Million in new business and cross selling to existing clients.

Upon the closing of PIM she moved to institutional business development for private market strategies. Her recent work has included advisory roles with firms such as Digital Alpha Advisors, LLC, and Ardinall Investment Management and Sygnus Group.

Outside her professional work, Ms. Moreno-Livni has remained involved in investment management conferences and industry associations, while also taking part in activities such as career coaching, debate judging, election observation, conference programming, and volunteer events. Her interests include theater, traveling, biking, stand-up paddling, kayaking, and architecture.
